Janisha Robateau: A Remarkable Story of Success. In recognition of National Black Business Month today, Janisha Robateau stands as a beacon of hope for aspiring entrepreneurs in the inner city. From humble beginnings, she has achieved remarkable success in both the fashion and literary worlds.
Janisha began her career as a boutique owner in the inner city, building her business from scratch. Luxs Bling launched in 2019 as a website. From business apparel to casual and party wear, women’s apparel was available.
Soon, her boutique became a well-known name in the Entrepreneur and author Robateau founded Luxs Bling, an affordable fashion boutique for women of all sizes. and the community, providing trendy and affordable apparel for women across the city. The business was going well, but Janisha had a larger vision.
Luxs Bling: No Company Can Afford Not to Move Forward
In 2022, Luxs Bling opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Victorville, California. Its first year’s quick success opened up expansion opportunities. In 2023, Luxs Bling opened its second location in San Bernardino, California, in a shared space with NailsxDee. (NailsxDee provides manicures, pedicures, and other specialized beauty services inside Luxs Bling’s San Bernardino location.)
With two storefront locations, Luxs Bling offers shipping nationwide, which allows the brand to reach all over the United States. Awarded Business of the Year in December 2022, Luxs Bling caters to the inner city. It offers affordable fashion for women of all sizes, ranging from small to 2X.
Empowering Women Through Fashion
The boutique has the mission of empowering women through fashion. Taking Proverbs 31:25 as her foundation, “She is clothed with strength and dignity and laughs without fear of the future,” Janisha runs a successful business.
Besides being a successful and rising fashionista, Janisha is also a best-selling author. She authored Brutal Courage: The Remix, Life After Divorce: The Journey to Being Healed & Whole, Pierced Purpose, and Dear Dad: Letters from the Heart. LuxsBling offers autographed copies of these inspirational anthologies.
Janisha is a testament to the power of hard work and determination. Despite the challenges of starting her own business, she persevered and succeeded. Her story illustrates that putting your mind to something can yield excellent results.
Luxs Bling aspires to have multiple locations in different cities. The vision is to help women from different demographics have access to affordable fashion from a company that genuinely cares about every customer.
