Punch TV and Collins are represented by ICAN in their legal battles against the SEC.  Collins, who is the first Black man to use former President Barack Obama’s, Regulation A crowd funding exemption says the SEC overreach has significantly impeded the growth and success of Punch TV Studios.  Collins says, “The Securities & Exchange Commission has abused its power. And that I now look forward to filing an appeal all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.”  A sentiment echoed by many other business owners and entrepreneurs who feel stifled by excessive regulation.
